Damaged Goods

Received a broken bottle? Notify us within 48 hours with unboxing photos. We will ship a replacement immediately.

Refund Process

Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.

Important Note

Since the parcel has already been shipped, the shipping charges for both sending and returning the item will be deducted, and the remaining payment will be refunded.
